DIY Clay Face Mask!

I’ve been dying for an easy, DIY face mask. This recipe utilizes Yellow Brazilian Clay and Goat’s Milk Powder. Brazilian clays are all-natural colorants that have various minerals included in the material that result in their fun colors! I’ve added Goat’s Milk Powder to this recipe for some added moisturizing benefits.

Naturally, I chose Lavendar and Tea Tree Oil for fragrance. You may have noticed by now, but these are two of my favorite essential oils for any of my face products! Tea Tree essential oil has been known to soothe many skin ailments. Since Tea Tree itself doesn’t smell very good, I usually add Lavendar essential oil to mask the scent.

As always, you can make substitutions for this recipe if need be. If you’re not a fan of Goat’s Milk Powder, you should just be able to double the clay for an all clay mask. You can also substitute the yellow clay for any other colored clay. Also, feel free to use your own fragrance. Some people really don’t enjoy the smell of Tea Tree.

Things you’ll need:
1 tbsp Yellow Brazilian Clay
1 tbsp Goat’s Milk Powder
1/4 tsp Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Sweet Almond Oil
4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

Step One: In a small cup, add in 1 tbsp Yellow Brazillian Clay and 1 tbsp Goat’s Milk Powder.

Step Two: Add in 1/4 tsp Coconut Oil and 1/4 tsp Sweet Almond Oil.

Step Three: Mix everything together. Then add in 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil and 3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil.

Stir everything together one last time and there you have it! Your very own DIY face mask recipe!

Happy Crafting, bloggers ❤
